Hospitality is an art form that the Asheville Bed and Breakfast Association has perfected. Is there a better way to celebrate the arts in Asheville than a visit to you favorite ABBA Inn? Asheville is known as a city in love with the arts, and the Asheville Amadeus Festival is a truly beautiful example of community collaboration and celebration. This week-long festival is dedicated to the life and music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the highlights of the week are performances by Emanuel Ax, world-renowned pianist, and the Asheville Symphony. They also worked to bring us an appealing array of performances, educational programs, and other events March 14- 22nd.

These are just a few of the wonderful opportunities to immerse yourself in the life and work of Mozart: the NC Stage and Asheville Community Theatres will present performances of the show, Amadeus, and Asheville Lyric Opera debuts its production of Mozart’s The Impresario, and you can also attend a special worship service with excerpts from his Mass in C performed by the UUCA Choir and Blue Ridge Chamber Symphony.
Go to the Asheville Symphony website, Asheville Amadeus Festival to get all the details of events and ticket prices. The week will close with a finale concert by the Asheville Symphony with a stage installation that extends 30 feet into the audience with up to 124 seats onstage.
